The Ridge Road Project is a new housing development that the municipality of Radium Hot Springs is pursuing through the Housing Accelerator Funds and its commitment to providing more adequate housing for the community.

2B is providing development consulting and project management services to the municipality, which includes the completion of a Feasibility Study Report. The Feasibility Study Report includes our financial and development design modelling for the property, as well as our community and stakeholder engagement.
