2B is acting as the development consultant and project manager for the development of two lots located within the Township of South Frontenac. Our role has included performing a feasibility study that determined the number of units, type of proposed development, and funding sources. The project is currently proceeding through pre-development and is expected to start construction in the fall of 2025.
