2B is providing development consulting and project management services for a new cohousing project located in Peterborough, Ontario. Our work included supporting the core membership group with strategic advice, financial strategies, design considerations, and overall project management. The project is on track to break ground in 2026 and will deliver a mixture of affordable and market housing units.
