2B is supporting the development of additional housing units within a mobile park to help create affordable home ownership options. Our work has included procuring the project team to assist in the various approvals required for the development. This has included approvals with MECP, planning approvals [an OPA, ZBA, and Site Plan Control Amendment application], and supporting the development design of the civil works.

Construction is anticipated to take place in the summer of 2026 and 2B will continue to lead the project as both project manager and construction manager.
