Who we are

2B Developments is a development consulting and project management firm focused primarily on residential development and non-market housing. As a social enterprise, we prioritize client and project needs with one primary mission: building more adequate housing supply. Our team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators work with municipal, nonprofit, and private organizations through all phases of the development cycle to achieve their housing objectives. National stakeholders and housing partners, such as CMHC, recognize us as a leader in housing development across Canada; we know what we do and are passionate about it.

Our proven track record of efficiently and effectively progressing projects through all phases of the development cycle and obtaining funds is built on a foundation of hands-on experience. We create financially viable development strategies and concepts, and transition those into actionable steps and completed projects. Our team is dedicated to each project we work on and has gone beyond our mandate by volunteering and devoting time to initiatives that support our clients.
