We started 2026 with a lot to be proud of. We're supporting non-profit, municipal, and private organizations in developing new, innovative, diverse, and affordable housing across Eastern Ontario and Canada.
The foundation of our team's impact on housing is our cross-sector hands-on experience, expertise, and tenure within the industry. Projects have several stages that require expertise and experience to guide clients through critical decision-making; each stage's decisions must be properly linked to the next. We know the impact that a decision will have on concept creation, predevelopment, and construction, and its linked impact across these stages. When we combine the financing aspect of projects, through predevelopment, construction, and post-construction, understanding the weight and impact that decisions at each stage have is critical.
This is what separates a project that will take 6-12 months from predevelopment to building permit approval from one that may take 18 months or more. Or a project that qualifies for financing programs, or a project that has several capital gaps.
We know housing, all aspects of it, and we are here to help build more of the type of housing we need in Canada.
