Meet Stephanie
(She/Her)
Stephanie holds a doctorate in Organizational Leadership and an MA in Social Entrepreneurship, with over 20 years of experience in management, entrepreneurship, and solution-driven initiatives. Her work focuses on program development, project delivery, and organizational design to support affordable and attainable housing outcomes. As a founder of two start-ups, she has worked closely with municipalities, non-profits, and private-sector partners to advance practical housing solutions and plays a key role in delivering the MSC Program to enable dense, diverse, and sustainable housing development.
I met Lindsay, the Executive Director of 2B Developments and Rural Impact Canada, at a tradeshow, where I saw firsthand the scale and urgency of the housing challenges facing communities. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work with municipal leaders across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, and Halifax. That early exposure solidified my commitment to advancing affordable housing solutions across Canada, and the rest is history.
