Piotr Boruslawski is an urban planner and non-market housing professional specializing in advancing affordable, supportive, and co-operative housing projects from concept through approvals and construction. He has led and supported developments of mixed-use residential projects, coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams, securing municipal approvals, and aligning projects with public funding and policy frameworks. He has contributed to feasibility assessments and the advancement of housing pipelines totaling over $200 million, working closely with non-profit, municipal, and community partners. His expertise includes housing policy analysis, development feasibility, stakeholder engagement, and project management across Canada. Piotr holds a Bachelor of Arts specialized in Urban Planning from Concordia University, and is committed to delivering practical, equitable housing solutions that expand long-term affordability and strengthen inclusive communities. Piotr is a father of two, which means he’s highly skilled in negotiating unreasonable demands, managing tight timelines, and explaining complex systems to people who strongly prefer snacks.
