Meet Zeina (she/her)
Zeina Annab is an accomplished International Development and Environmental Specialist with over a decade of experience managing and delivering complex municipal projects, including new infrastructure such as water, sanitation, renewable energy, and buildings. She has led multidisciplinary teams, directed multi-sector operations, and overseen the implementation of donor-funded initiatives focused on sustainable service delivery and institutional strengthening. Her expertise combines engineering, environmental management, and operational leadership, ensuring that technical solutions are context-appropriate, efficient, and socially responsive.
Her experience spans the full project cycle—from feasibility assessments and system design to implementation oversight and performance evaluation. She obtained her Bachelor’s in Environmental Engineering in 2014 from Carleton University and has been a practicing PMP Professional since 2016. Recognized for her strong analytical and coordination skills, Zeina ensures that programs achieve tangible development outcomes while reinforcing local systems and long-term sustainability.
