Originally from Toronto, Ontario, Kelly Baiden holds a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Geography with an Option in Planning from Trent University. Her academic background has provided practical experience through research, site assessments, and planning projects.

Kelly joined 2B Developments as a summer intern and remained with 2B following the completion of her studies. As a Project Coordinator, Kelly provides project management support, leveraging her skills in planning, project coordination, and stakeholder communication. Her role includes managing project reporting, supporting our project managers in maintaining project schedules, and serving as a key component of our cost monitoring and management services. She is an effective communicator and excels at ensuring all project team members work efficiently and effectively. Her strong organizational and analytical abilities make her an integral part of the 2B team, helping projects move efficiently from planning through construction
