Meet Nick (he/him)
Nicholas Lorraway is a project management professional specializing in affordable housing, infrastructure planning, and community development. He holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Ottawa and applies his background in development economics and policy analysis to guide housing projects from concept through implementation.
Nicholas has led and supported multi-stakeholder initiatives across both urban and rural contexts, including housing feasibility studies, grant proposal development, stakeholder engagement, and development design processes. His work also focuses on the creation of Municipal Service Corporations and the advancement of decentralized water and wastewater systems as tools for rural and small-community development.
With experience managing complex deliverables, coordinating cross-sector partners, and engaging with municipal and community stakeholders, Nicholas combines technical expertise and strategic insight to advance impactful, sustainable housing and infrastructure solutions.

Hometown: Oakville, Ontario
During a winter storm you can find me: precariously working my way down a ski hill
During the summer you can find me: firmly established at Britannia Beach or out biking by the river.
A project that I’ve been really enjoyed being a part of:
CVHS’s Invermere project has been super exciting to develop from concept to where we are now, and the complexity of Verona’s Affordable Housing Project has been fun to piece together.
Favorite place to travel to : Montreal for a weekend or Australia for several.
